LTD., which has an overwhelming share in the field of high quality air-conditioner maintenance, not only for Japanese residence, but also many local clientsSINGAPORE BIKEN has been providing Facilities Management Services and Property Executives for the Singapore Housing Development Board, and developping Facility Management Services to many Singaporean Clients.
今般、SINGAPORE BIKEN PTE. LTD. は、シンガポールにて更なる業容拡大を図るため、在留日本人住宅および地元の高品質を求める顧客へのエアコンメンテナンス分野において圧倒的なシェアを誇るSINGAPORE DENZAI PTE. LTD. のエアコンメンテナンス事業を平成27年1月15日に締結しました事業譲渡契約に基づき、譲り受けが完了いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
